Do you ship worldwide?
YES. We ship everywhere in the world. 
Shipping to Europe is £10 and everywhere else is £15. FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £80.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns as long as they are returned to us within 10 days of receiving & in the same condition, with all tags attached. Please ensure returns are sent recorded delivery!

What form of payment do you accept? 
We accept all Major Debit & Credit cards, ApplePay, as well as Paypal. Please contact us if you have any difficulties or queries.

When can I expect my package?
Delivery times can vary & we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of purchase. UK delivery time can take 3-5 working days once sent. European orders can take up to 12 days after sending & the rest of the world can take up to 15 days depending on your location. Please contact us for more information.

What courier do you use?

We send all of our UK Orders via My Hermes UK. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. The rest of the world is sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.

My order still hasn’t arrive. What if it’s lost?

Please see our shipping policies for information on delivery times! If your order still hasn’t arrived, please get in contact with us & we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

You’ve sent me the wrong order or part of my order is missing?

Wow, this is so embarrassing. We are sorry if this has happened. Please contact us directly as soon as possible & we will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Where do you source your clothes?
Great question! We source our garments from all over the world, on a mission to save our planet. We have sustainable sources all over the UK, including charities & car boot sales!! We also have connections in USA, Holland & in Italy.


Please provide us with your email address and we will send you a shipping label for you to attach to your package, and then take down to your local post office. Once we have received the item, we will ensure it is in the correct condition then send you back a refund (deducting £2.85 for postage).
